Exhausted. Close all those tabs. Sign out of all your social media accounts. Ignore messages for a while–it’s not uncaring, it’s prioritizing your own well-being first and foremost. Look up to the sky. Play comforting music. Tune down. Hug a pillow. Cover yourself with warm blanket. Feel the evening breeze on the top of your head. And most importantly, breathe. It’s not being alive if you aren’t breathing, isn’t it?
Take it slow. You’ve done well today. You’ve done enough today.
Close your eyes. It’s okay. All is well.
